| Matt and Sheri Egnotovich |
Matt and Sheri Egnotovich are from Canal Fulton, Ohio where both are in the oil and gas exploration business. Matt is originally from Simpson, PA which is in northeastern Pennsylvania, just outside of Scranton. Matt went to the University of Pittsburgh where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. Sheri grew up in Alliance, Ohio. She attended college at Mount Union, also in Alliance, where she earned a BA in Accounting.
Both Matt and Sheri work together at their business, M & M Royalty, Ltd. in Canal Fulton. They have a beautiful daughter, Alexa, who is 6 years old and loves to play soccer, dances, and is an excellent gymnast.
Matt and Sheri were first introduced to Villa La Estancia by their friends Dale and Kim Anderson who are also from the Canton area. "Their description was so enticing; we felt it warranted a visit. It was love at first site when we saw the property, walked the beach, and experienced our first Cabo sunset says Sheri. "Typically we are morning people and can''t wait to spend mornings on our terrace watching the sunrise!"
After spending time in Cabo, Sheri and Matt purchased three units.
